1. PostGod
PostGod is a Windows desktop social publishing application that helps users prepare and submit their own video content to connected third-party social platforms. PostGod is an independent product and is not sponsored, endorsed, certified by, or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or YouTube.
2. Eligibility and account authority
You may use PostGod only if you can legally agree to these terms and satisfy the age, account, and other requirements of every platform you connect. You must connect only accounts, Pages, channels, and professional profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your computer and connected accounts.
3. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of content you own. You represent that you own or have all permissions necessary for every video, audio track, image, caption, name, likeness, trademark, and other material you publish through PostGod. You direct the destination, settings, and timing of each publishing attempt and remain solely responsible for the content and its consequences.
4. Connected platforms
Platform connections and publishing depend on third-party authorization systems, APIs, account eligibility, permissions, quotas, reviews, restrictions, and availability. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform’s terms, community rules, privacy policy, intellectual-property rules, advertising or branded-content rules, and other applicable policies. Platform acceptance of an upload does not guarantee publication, processing, availability, audience reach, or continued hosting.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use PostGod to:
- Publish content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Violate law, court order, another person’s rights, or a connected platform’s rules.
- Distribute malware, fraudulent material, unlawful threats, exploitation, or deceptive impersonation.
- Evade platform access controls, quotas, moderation, review requirements, privacy restrictions, or account limitations.
- Reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with its operation, or use it to compromise another system or account.
- Share, expose, or misuse application credentials, OAuth credentials, access tokens, or another user’s account authorization.
6. Intellectual property
PostGod and its original software, interface, site design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of PostGod to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or publishing destinations.
7. Authorization and disconnection
You authorize PostGod to use the platform permissions you grant solely to provide the requested connection and publishing functions. You can disconnect a platform within PostGod. Disconnecting removes the locally stored credential record and requests revocation where supported, but it may not delete content already published, erase local publishing history, or terminate a separate relationship with the platform. You may also need to revoke access through the platform’s account settings.
8. Availability and changes
PostGod may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and features may stop working when third-party platforms change their systems or policies. No particular feature, platform integration, publishing result, processing time, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Updates may be necessary for security, compatibility, or platform compliance.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostGod is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free publishing. You should retain original copies of your media and verify every publication directly on the destination platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the PostGod operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, accounts, access, revenue, reputation, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use PostGod or a connected platform. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the PostGod operator from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using PostGod and disconnect your accounts at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or platform-policy compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for previously published content—will survive.
13. Governing terms
PostGod is operated by Gold Lion Society LLC, 1524 Stinson Lane, Locust Grove, Georgia, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions about these terms may be sent to arthur@goldlionsociety.com.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to PostGod, law, or third-party platform requirements. The effective date above will identify the current published version. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
